Facilities at St. John's School are in high demand for school-based academic programming and activities. In the event that the facility is available at the requested time, St. John's School will use some or all of the following criteria to assess whether to make an offer:
- The group is philosophically aligned with the school's mission and values
- The group is community-based, non-profit and provides a social benefit
- The group offers a sports-based program for youth
- The group will respect school facilities and the broader neighbourhood
